Autumn: The most Delicious Season

Eating seasonally means that you can enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables when they are at their best. You can make the most of eating food that has been freshly picked and is full of flavour and nutrients our bodies need. This time of year is the perfect time to start eating seasonally as all of the fruits and veg are evoke images of piping hot pies, steaming stews and decadent delightful desserts.
